The 2008 Toyota Sequoia is a full sized sports utility vehicle that seats eight passengers. It is available in two models, SR5 and Limited. The Sequoia is powered by a 4.7 Liter V8 engine that is rated at 273 horsepower and 314 pound-feet of torque. It is equipped with a five speed automatic transmission. The Sequoia from the year 2008 has been provided with an optional 5.7 Liter V8 engine which is rated at 381 horsepower and 401 pound-feet of torque. The 5.7 Liter engine is equipped with a six speed automatic transmission. Both engines provide for a smooth and quiet drive whether one is riding it on city streets/highways or on rough dirt tracks.
